Tom started his career over 35 years ago as a brick mason.  After growing his own business to include commercial real estate and construction, he used his capital and experience to assist other businesses in their growth and success.  His expertise in financial analysis guides our equity investments and redevelopment projects.

Tommy earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of North Texas.  He is a Certified CompTIA A+ Member, Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and Certified Development Design & Construction Professional (CDP).  His career in construction began 15 years ago when he started working for D’Argent as a Site Selector.  From there he progressed into financial analysis, estimating, development, network systems administration, and construction management.  Today, Tommy serves as D’Argent’s President of Construction.  His depth of experience allows him to manage all construction projects from conception to completion.  He specializes in pre-construction services, design + build, self-performed work, and construction management.

Justin earned a bachelor’s degree in real estate from the University of North Texas.  At the age of 23, he was one of the youngest recipients in the United States of the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Justin is also a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Louisiana.  He has been an active volunteer in the Central Louisiana region, serving on the Board of several organizations, including: the Central Louisiana Regional Chamber of Commerce, Louisiana CCIM Chapter, Rapides Workforce Development Board—#61; Rapides Symphony Orchestra—Board of Trustees, and the Young Professionals Group of Cenla—Former President. With over 15 years of field experience at D’Argent, Justin specializes in property management, site selection, real estate brokerage, and tenant representation.
